Sophia Solovyova

Sophia Solovyova is a New York City Immigration and Deportation Defense attorney who handles all aspects of Immigration Law, focusing on family-based petitions, relief for children and youth under 21 (SIJS), Asylum, visas for victims of crime and exploitation, green cards for victims of domestic violence, and Immigration Court defense. An immigrant herself, Ms. Solovyova is actively involved in the community and has a strong ability to relate to her clients, easily overcoming any cultural or linguistic barriers. She enjoys the complexity of Immigration Law and continuously stays on top of new developments in the field.
Ms. Solovyova holds a J.D. from the City University of New York School of Law, where she received a number of awards, including the Revson Public Interest Fellowship, the Queens County Bar Association Scholarship, and the NYC Bar Association C. Bainbridge Smith Scholarship. She served as a member of the CUNY Law Review and participated in the CUNY Law School Moot Court.
Ms. Solovyova is admitted to the New York Bar, U.S. District Courts for the Southern District and Eastern Districts of New York, and is a member of American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and Association of Deportation Defense Attorneys (ADDA). She is fluent in Russian and proficient in Spanish.

AINSLEY DAVILA

MELISSA AREVALO
Melissa joined the firm in 2023. She collaborates closely with clients to gather necessary documents and address ongoing concerns. Melissa also provides support to team members in a variety of immigration matters, including family adjustment of status, work authorization, travel documents, asylum applications, citizenship applications, special juvenile status, and TPS applications.
Melissa is fluent in English and Spanish and is committed to providing exceptional client service.
